Welcome to Luna. By using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Use of the App
Luna is a mobile application that provides personalized insights about your menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey, along with an AI companion you can chat with. You may use Luna for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Luna offers a one-month free trial. Continued access requires an active subscription:
Current subscription prices are shown on the subscription screen inside the app, in your local currency.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. All purchases are final. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's refund policies.
3. Your Account
You'll create an account when you start your subscription. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Active accounts retain their data indefinitely. Cancelled accounts have a 6-month grace period to reactivate, after which all data is permanently deleted.
4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Luna is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It cannot diagnose pregnancy, fertility issues, or any medical condition. The AI companion is a wellbeing companion, not a clinician. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
5. AI-Generated Content
Luna includes an AI companion powered by a large language model. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. They are not a substitute for professional advice.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use Luna for unlawful purposes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the app in ways that disrupt the service
We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.
7. Age Requirement
Luna is intended for users aged 13 and over.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Luna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Luna.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Luna after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
